Optimism was taken on a serendipitous retreat when I was offered an opportunity to get away to a cottage into Northern Ontario, Canada in the late fall. It was cold, but so cozy by the fire. It rained for most of the time we were there. This sunset was one of the brief stints of hope and joy in the moments post-storm.
